Still no applications for our poor boy Luigi at The City of Mobile Animal Services. Animal Control was called out for a cruelty complaint and brought this sweet boy to us. He is only 5 MONTHS OLD and has already been through so much and just so scared so he gets treats, toys and an hour of company to stop him shaking and let him know we have a community on his side to help find him a home.
